Investor Package & Site Plan for the Franklin Community

Delos Fund’s prized asset, the Franklin community, comprises 25 luxurious detached homes. Designed for opulent living, these energy-efficient residences offer modern amenities and pet-friendly features.

Our goal was to craft a branded version of the Site Plan based on the provided drawings and create the Investor Package, leveraging the provided information.

This led to enhancing the appeal of the Franklin within Delos Fund’s portfolio.
